CJP Coloured Acrylic – Elf

CJP have pulled out all the stops this christmas!!!!….. New powders with festive names, but can be used all year round, in partnership with our very own Liz Guild, Although we have branded these as design powders thats only to protect the very sparkly glitter in them, they build and work like a core powder but will need capping in clear to protect the amazing sparkle!!!!
