DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY

The Seller’s policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, or up to 14 weeks for special order items. Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-despatched parcels.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGES

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Orders must be received before 2pm (UK time) between Monday to Thursday, to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Does not apply to items that are sent direct from our supplier, or large or heavy items. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.

DELIVERY CHARGES

£5.00 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for most parts of the UK. The Channel Islands, Northern Island, Offshore islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. Orders placed online over £50, excluding VAT, to most parts of mainland UK have free delivery. This excludes any large or heavy items. Free delivery over £50 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.

LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS

Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; porcelain basins, washpoints, hydraulic chairs, barbers chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches, large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items.

Any furniture ordered will be delivered to front door and ground floor premises only, as drivers are not insured to take upstairs or inside of premises.

CANCELLATIONS

Prior to despatch, non standard items such as furniture/special order items, cannot be cancelled. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted

RETURNS 

You can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund  to the value of the item. 

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. 

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. If packaging is visibly damaged the parcel should be refused as we reserve the right to deny liability. 

Non-standard items such as specific salon furniture colours, sizes etc cannot be cancelled unless we are informed within 5 working days after the order is placed.

Furniture & equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

Due to strict hygiene regulations we cannot accept the return of scissors and razors.

Clippers and trimmers can only be returned if unused and in the same condition item was sent unless faulty.

Clipper, trimmer and shaver blades, leads and chargers are classed as perishable and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty may be voided if proper care has not been taken of clippers, trimmers and shavers and returns are subject to testing.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
