BE Blonde OXY – 6% 20vol Developer

• Creamy oxidizing emulsion with 20 Volumes (6%) and 35 Volumes (10.5%) enriched with Plex (Polyamino sugar condensate).
• The intense Blue color strengthens the anti-yellow effect of BE BLONDE Extreme Light bleaching powder, cooling the natural tone of the hair.
• It mixes easily both with powder and with bleaching cream, facilitating any bleaching technique.
